2005 National Farm Toy Show a Success!

On Saturday, near-record crowds made their way indoors on a cool and rainy afternoon. Highlights of the day included the Display Contest awards, National Show auction and collector's dinner. The gold plated 2005 show tractor brought a winning bid of $1,500. Proceeds were donated to Dyersville's Mercy Hospital emergency care unit. Sunday was another strong day for attendance as the weather improved for the safe return of attendees later in the day. The popular Oliver 2655 show tractor, 3rd in the Vintage 4WD Series, sold out in both 1:64 and 1:32 scales.
